REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Because ShotPrep contains topical medication and single-use medical supplies, opened or used products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incomplete
- incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
If an unopened ShotPrep kit is returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery, we are happy to provide a refund of the purchase price. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
