How to use shotprep
designed for comfort
ShotPrep is designed to make routine injections and blood draws more comfortable by using 4% lidocaine cream, a topical numbing medication that temporarily reduces sensation in the outer layers of the skin.
convenient timing
The transparent dressing helps keep the cream in place while it works, giving it time to numb the skin before your injection. After approximately 30 minutes, remove the dressing, wipe away the cream, clean the area with one of the included alcohol swabs, and proceed with your injection as directed by your healthcare professional.
